They say it’s not easy being green, but with the current crisis in the world, that should be the least of our worries!
This week, Chef Zelicious offers us a nutritious and delicious way to quench our thirst, and cool off from the Florida sun.
AVOCADO GREEN SMOOTHIE
2 Ripe frozen bananas
½ Ripe avocado
½ Tablespoon fresh ginger juice
2 ½ Cups oat milk ½ Cup ice
½ Cup frozen pineapple`
½ Tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp plant-based protein powder
Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend for a minute or two (depending on how powerful your blender is!) until the smoothie is nice and creamy.
Garnish with hemp seeds
