Chef Norman Van Aken will serve his signature dishes, which deliver a fusion of Latin, Caribbean, Asian, American and African flavors. He is the only Florida chef included on the James Beard Foundation’s list of “Who’s Who in American Food and Beverage” and a 2016 MenuMasters Hall of Fame inductee. Premium wine parings selected by a certified sommelier will be available. The event also includes a cocktail reception, live and silent auctions, patient family speaker and dancing.
